The Local Flavours Cookery Theatre is one of only a few in the country, on wheels. A professionally kitted out fully functional commercial kitchen with visual and audio equipment, the LF team turn up, plug in and before you know it the venue has a cookery stage loved by chefs, bakers, food producers and others, from near and far.

Great for sampling new products, promoting local eateries, educating on food and lifestyle, junior and student chef experiences, barista and mixology demonstrations and more kitchen related activities.

Our experienced team includes a technician, drivers, kitchen assistant and even a compere. The perfect accompaniment for festivals, events, high street activity, and anywhere where a theatre will add value and including in challenging locations.
