Local Flavours (East Anglia) Ltd was born out of a desire to support and promote local food and drink producers across East Anglia and to reach out to industry and consumers to encourage them to do the same. 

The LF movement, initially, and then over the years has created one of the largest regional trade shows of its type in the UK, moving hundreds of thousands of pounds of locally produced food and drink to buyers locally, nationally and internationally.
