Five great reasons to attend Local Flavours 2022...

1.

Meet over 120 local food and drink producers

Brexit provides an excellent opportunity for our local food and drink economy to thrive. With imports costing more, large supermarkets are now committing to source British and locally produced food, ensuring food security as well as keeping the £ local. At the show you will meet over 120 food and drink producers ranging from meats, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, spirits, cakes, wines, eggs and much, much more.

2.

Free to attend – bring your chefs, food buyers, partners and colleagues

Local Flavours is completely free to attend for those with food and drink buying responsibility in the food retail, hospitality, catering and tourism industries. Bring along your colleagues to try new flavours and gain new ideas as a team – you can train your staff on tasting new food and drink. The event is open from 11am – 5pm, so pop along for as little or as long as you like.

3.

Network with over 1,500 like-minded individuals

This year we’re expecting over 1,500 buyers at the show, all committed to sourcing local food and drink. The show is an excellent networking opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals to share ideas, top tips and advice.

4.

Update your knowledge with demonstrations and seminars

Throughout the day there will be entertaining and informative kitchen demonstrations to give you new ideas in your kitchen – from lamb butchery to ingredient pairing demonstrations. There will also be training seminars to catch up with legislation too – all these are completely free for our visitors who register to attend.
